"Unfortunately, our recent stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we discovered cockroaches in our room. Instead of immediately moving us, we were asked if we wanted someone to come spray the room the next morning. We were eventually moved to a different room in another building, but this should have been handled much better from the start. Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. "Location 10/10. Aesthetically great- very beautiful. The walls are thinner than toilet paper. It felt like the people next door were literally in our room. Accommodating… not so much. Parking is $40, there’s no free refills (if you’re used to actual Disney hotels). Food selection and coffee not good. "

"This was my second stay at this property. We were placed in the Island bldg. The good...the resort is close to Disney Springs, just a short walk. The negative....loud music playing at the pool (contemporary pop) all day could be clearly heard in our room on the 5th floor all day long. Napping was impossible. Staff at the pool did nothing about kids running through the center island of plants in the lazy river and dragging dirt and bark into the pool as well as jumping on people. Early morning...

"Great property. Easy access to the parks. There is construction going on and you’ll hear it in the morning and throughout the day. Otherwise it’s great and the staff is amazing. Can’t wait to stay again."

"When I booked our hotel, I booked a king sized bed. When we checked in, they said they didn’t have a king available. (I had already paid for this in full). Kept saying that the room with 2 queens was nicer and that we would like it better . Offered me a $50 refund. Again, said how the room was on a high floor and we’d like it more. The bathroom door was broken and very hard to open and I found candy wrappers on the floor."
