"We stayed at the Red Lion for a few days as we were meeting family. The accommodation is situated at the back of the pub and is bright and clean. You can access it by walking through the pub or walking round the back. There is plenty of parking but it can get busy when the pub is open! It’s situation means you have easy access to get to many places by road very quickly. The staff who work there are fantastic and very helpful. "Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"Lovely and very friendly hosts. Breakfast plentiful. B&B is on the other side of the river. Short uber ride did the trick. Quiet location. Old newspaper building so has character. The hosts have been doing it up over the years. Parts of the B&B could do with a bit of updating (eg paintwork on doors), but most importantly it's clean and spacious. Bathroom was new. Very nice breakfast area. Had a lovely short stay. "

"This weekend, six of us had an event to attend and tried this B&B for the first time. We always have bad luck in Blackpool with B&Bs, but from the moment we arrived, we just knew it was going to be a pleasant stay. We were welcomed in and walked into our room, and when I say how spacious it was and how white and clean the bedding was, I mean it—you will not be disappointed! The bathroom was on par, and breakfast was incredible with very friendly staff! All in all, this has got to be the best B&B...

"I've stayed in several bed and breakfast hotels on Blackpool and this was the best one. Still the same homey atmosphere but more professionally run. The usual creaky stairs and narrow corridors but renovated to a higher standard. Our "small" room was bigger than I expected and had a nicely tiled bathroom with a modern shower. The electrical outlets were well placed and even had smart phone plug-ins. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. All in all, a great stay. "
