They offer an excellent buffet breakfast with various hot and cold dishes. Parking is available at the 2-minute walk nearby Q-Park John Lewis (where the hotel can offer a discount). I would not hesitate to stay here again."

This is known to be the worst hotels in Liverpool by the taxi drivers"

"Nice spacious room with furnished kitchen (stove, microwave, pots/pans). If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of decent dining options (fast food, casual, upscale) within 2 blocks walk. Close proximity to Lime Street train station & about 15 minute walk to the waterfront. Price was fantastic for what is provided. "

"Check in was poor. Told that the card reader was out of service for paying the tourist tax, then told that they don't accept NatWest cards. Someone sorted it out before I left, but being asked to go to a cashpoint, as though their payment problems were mine to solve, was disappointing. The hotel itself is fine, and worth the cost. It's well located and clean. Just the one small lift for all floors is a minor inconvenience"
