"Poor housekeeping. The bedroom needed a proper clean. Dust on shelves in wardrobe had to wipe before using. The sink was partly blocked my husband cleaned the plug etc also the water was very slow to drain away. We did inform the reception and was told they would notify the manager ."

"The Municipal is a lovely hotel, communal areas are fabulous, it is in a great location and was immaculate. We booked it for my birthday due to it being the only 5 star hotel in Liverpool and thought we would give it a try, we normally stay in the Titanic hotel, however I’m not really sure why it is classed as a 5 star hotel.
