"It is a neat property with a great location right on tje harbor, and in walking distance to many of the restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops, which are very close to the property. It was fun walking around and going to see the gingerbread cottages nearby as well. It was just me staying there, [on a business trip ], so the room was fine for me, but it’s very small overall. The bed was very comfortable. since I called an advance, they let me reserve a parking spot which was basically right across from the property and that was of no charge. If you want to park in back of the property, it’s $50 per night, but I didn’t find that necessary as the area seemed very safe. Cool property, definitely would come back."

"The rooms, although relatively clean, are very outdated and smelly, it’s like a trip back into the 70’s and not in a good way. The laundry facilities are also in need of replacement and still use quarters. Otherwise the location and the beach were awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub are 10 minutes away at another property that is owned by the same company, so not sure why it’s even advertised. Would give it a solid 6/10"

"Fist time in Cape Cod and staying at this hotel was a good Choice. It was central to getting around. Staff was nice and hot breakfast every morning was great. Only drawback was the construction on the second floor and one of the elevators kept holding people hostage that it was finally taken out of commission- which left only one elevator. My family and I mostly took the stairs to be on the safe side. Also, housekeeping at this hotel cleans every other day. During our six days stay, housekeeping cleaned our room one time and the second time housekeeping was to clean our room, the housekeeper didn’t do it. . My suggestion to housekeeping staff, ensure that you don’t miss rooms, especially when cleaning is done every other other day. Overall, good place to stay.?"

"Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. I walked in and the room reeked of mildew and I noticed mold in the room. I told the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t notice it. I came back to the front desk and told her that the hotel has a mildew smell and noticed mold that the cleaning lady ignored. The front desk lady was once again rude and said she can’t do anything about it. I told her we wouldn’t stay and for her to let Expedia know that we didn’t check in. She rudely responses that it would be a no show and she couldn’t let Expedia know. We left and found a new place but as we were leaving there were 4 trucks parked next to the hotel that said mold and mildew testing. I contacted Expedia to make it right and they have still to refund me for the horrific experience. Please don’t book this unless you want mold poisoning— protect yourself and your loved ones. If you already booked notify Expedia so they can remove this property from their list. The reviews were way off- property is also run down and not how the pictures are. Also cemetery is right across the street"
