"The room was delightful but the bed it too close to the post. Moving it one foot to the left would have made it easier to get up & go to bed. The coffee was okay; thanks for the hot cocoa. Whoever designed the bed system should put a page of instruction within. Terry said the bathroom toilet seat would not stay up! But we had a wonderful time! "Rooms were very clean staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing no microwave in the rooms you have to go to the main lobby to warm food. We we’re stuck in the winter storm so we prepared by bringing extra food and wanted to warm up our soup but had to go to the lobby. Other than that the staff was extremely nice friendly and the rooms were excellent."

"The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience."
