"The AC did not work and the room was very war. Also the king size bed had a hole in the middle so you rolled toward the middle which was very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was a blueberry muffin or a bagel, there was no coffee except for the room. I wont be staying there again!"

"Beautiful brownstone with welcoming staff/owners. My accommodation was in the condo nearby with a beauty bedroom, sitting area and small kitchen. Great location with easy access to the State Capitol and nearby restaurants. Across from the park too, which is lovely. This is a great place to stay in Albany."

"Based on the pictures of the rooms I picked a king suite. It was nothing like the picture. A bed and a sleeper couch were crammed in a small room. The sleeper was so uncomfortable (very old) I would have been better sleeping on the floor and the sheet on the couch was dirty and ragged. The outlet near the bed was sunk into the wall so I couldn’t charge my phone. I will never stay there again!!!!"

"Towels felt really scratchy and rough. I was told the pool was fine. For changed, got my son changed and went down. The pool was then out of order. Very frustrating since my son was very excited to swim since he was getting surgery the next day. It is a very nice hotel but really bummed about the pool."

"There is no parking. I was very uncomfortable walking alone from my car, in the far parking lot that I had to pay for. Person who checked me in wasn’t directly rude but was very curt. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay. breakfast was even included which was wonderful suite clean and spacious many things to do and the Crossgate Mall right across from Hotel. Hotel has games for kids & Adults. Pool table Indoor pool, indoor gym, 2 breakfast areas, staff nice and friendly pets are allowed at a fee of course. We had a lovely time"
