"I come back solely because of Sam, the wonderful concierge. Each time I arrive with my family, he makes everything easy, happy and fun. He consistently goes out of his way for us and everyone else. I wish there were more people in the world like him. The world would be a better place. The hotel is amazing and so are all the other employees. Love the location!"

"Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and replenished quickly. Easy to use coffee machines and could order scrambled or poached eggs. Fried eggs out. Pool was great "

"Unfortunately in our room the ventilation was not working and had a error come up if you tried to restart the air conditioning. We did not really need air conditioning for cooling that much but just flowing air would have been much nicer as the room but a bit muggy and musky because lack of air flow. Windows did open a bit we found so that did help. Room was well fitted out but some things did not work, usb ports along side bed, fan in bathroom. Not a deal breaker but could have been better for sure. Good Competitive rates though as well."

"I didn't opt for breakfast but will next time, unfortunately my car got broken into when I parked overnight in the disability parking bay with my disability Blue badge. It was a shock to to see the damage in the morning and the police were quickly in attendance and per CCTV cameras recording everything in the car park. I would most definitely book the hotel again in the future and would recommend it highly."

"Only stayed one night unfortunately but will definitely return. Staffs are very helpful and friendly; great breakfast; bedroom lovely and enjoyed the bar. We would have eaten at the restaurant but only one vegan option on the menu so are elsewhere and the gym is good as long as there are few people in there at the same time. Great location in the center, just not the easiest to find."
