Khách sạn Vùng suối nước nóng Whakarewarewa

"Clean room, but no elevator."

"We really like the family room so that as a family of 5 we could stay in one room (well two rooms in one). This is hard to find. The staff were all super helpful in every area of the hotel. There was an awesome Fijian man at the restaurant that always made us feel super special. The breakfast buffet is great. Love the egg station! The hotel hosts a lot of tour bus groups which meant for us a family we had the pool to ourselves which was cool. The downside of the busses is a guest setting off...

"All you need for a quick overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Well positioned"

"Don’t waste your money"

"The hotel is big, convenient and has amenities. However, the property is very dated."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well presented."

"Great stay at a very convenient location. Good facilities available."

"We booked last minute and were able to check in early. My daughter was unwell, the staff were so accomodating and helpful. The bathroom/room layout was spacious and immaculate. The hotel rooms foyer was quiet. We would stay again and highly recommend."

"Great location right next to eat street and view of the lake. Thankfully couldn’t smell the Sulfur inside room was clean and had everything expected. Pool was great and warm not as big as the photo appears don’t expect kids to be able to play. Geothermal spas were popular but I couldn’t get past the smell."

"Well located on the main road in to Rotorua. Watch the height of your vehicle when parking under cover. Saw a ute laden with bikes on top nearly lose them. Back to the accommodation. Very convenient, well maintained, amenities well kept. Really comfy bed. Slept well."

"Great location and value. Walkable to town and good, convenient parking. Building is a bit tired, as are the rooms, but staff is great and nice to have a variety of room types available. Would stay again."

"It’s a Motel, staff inexperienced and not helpful"

"Room was clean, good view. Really deep spa bath in our room lol. Definitely would recommend"

"Great room close to restaurants & cafes. Was able to use Novotels hot spas which was fantastic."
