Check in was fast, staff were friendly and helpful, room was and all areas were clean and comfortable. Was walking distance to town. Would stay again.

Pullman Rotorua
Nice property and friendly Staff. Unfortunately no pool and no reasonable breakfast. Breakfast room is overcrowded at all times, QR codes for ordering not working.
