"This is a mixed review. We would probably stay again on our own, not with kids. We were upgraded upon arrival, which was very nice! We did find the room to be kind of “cold” feeling. Needs an area rug or two. In terms of hotels for young families, I would probably count this one out. All the amenities and atmosphere feel very adults only. I didn’t love being on the first floor - neighbourhood is kind of rough, but we never felt unsafe. Walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls was great!...

"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"Positives: The staff was fantastic. Lobby was welcoming. Hotel was fresh. Location is great. Close to everything so you can walk Negatives: There was no in room safe. You have to cast from your phone/apps to watch tv. There is no local cable on tv The hotel markets themselves as an “extension stay” accommodation. There was no room for clothes. Four hangers. We asked for a few more but never got them. There is a console under the tv but that was good for nothing but maybe an is room safe...

"Convenient location for WeGo bus. Our accommodation was clean with room service on the third day. The extra living space consisted of pullout couch which we didn't use, comfortable chair, TV, table with two chairs, cupboard with microwave and small fridge. Coffee maker was also provided with coffee and tea supplies. All day coffee and cookies available at guess services. My one complaint qas the TV in bedroom and TV in living room did not have a clear picture and were small."

"Friendly and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the bell hop and valet. Latter two were excellent. Yes, 70$ for valet is pricey but the service was in effect until 400 pm day of checkout, which is good, and the crew knew their job and were happy to answer any questions."

The scrambled eggs were not good; they were chewy and flavourless, and the only protein option was pork, which may not suit guests looking for other choices. As for the rooms, while generally clean, we noticed three spiders in the corners of the walls, which was unpleasant to see."
