"my room was fantastic. it had a very good shower and bath. the bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. the room layout was perfect and the fixtures and fittings were very stylish. breakfast was absolutely perfect and the staff working in the hotel were lovely. oh. great coffee too. i would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting warrington, or even visiting manchester if you fancy a great hotel away from the city centre. the hotel is a two minute walk from the train station...

"Another lovely stay here, rooms are stylish and very clean, check in process is great and the surrounding area is lovely with lots of nice bars and restaurants. A wonderful place to stay in the centre - just one small niggle is that we both found that the pillows were too hard, so maybe a choice of a hard and soft pillow would be better, irrespectively, we will definately stay again. "We have just returned from here and oh my god it is absolutely perfect! It’s the loveliest building and the rooms are sooooo nice and spacious! We were looking for somewhere dog friendly as we have 3 and it was literally perfect! We are in love with it and can’t wait to stay again! The staff were also so so nice and lovely! Gave loads of attention to the dogs and just really pleasant (maybe in future a real lovely add on would be a dog menu with them being dog friendly but it absolutely didn’t...

"Yes front desk was very polite and knowledgeable Cleaning staff missed one day of cleaning but a quick message to front desk and we got towels and toilet paper. Alittle far from city Center but a 15 minute walk was okay. "

"Lovely sized clean room Bed really comfy, plenty of pillows. We can honesty say, the breakfast was by far the best we've had in a hotel and we have stayed in a lot of hotels in the last 30 years. The food was plentiful, perfectly cooked and hot. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The young man, James on reception when we arrived was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to help us and make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay again."
