"We had a really pleasant stay, just what we needed after a busy day. The entire hotel is nicely well kept, modern, clean, with comfortable bed, very nice and helpful staff. We were very impressed by the included continental breakfast because they offer a variety of breakfast choices to accommodate everyone’s preferences. We will definitely comeback for a longer stay."

"What we expected. The location is walkable to many restaurants and parks and very close to downtown. Breakfast is always good. Plenty of sitting room in the lobby and breakfast area."

"Lack of self parking in property. Your options are parking on the street or valet at $30.00 a night or a parking garage about a block from the hotel. No complimentary breakfast in property."

"What a great little place right in the heart of Cape Coral,..very affordable..I couldn't believe every room had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and my favorite a coffee maker! and an oven and a stove! The rooms were very big and it was very nice to have a patio also..I'm going to stay here whenever I have more work up in Cape Coral."

"Property was clean and convenient for our plans. A/C was ok but didn't get as cold as I keep mine at home. I think they might have a controller on it but it was not a inconvenience and still was comfortable."

"Everything was fantastic! We stayed for a weekend tournament and stayed in a suite that was fabulous with separate lounge area, kitchenette and huge restroom with walk-in shower; will definitely use this hotel and their others like it in the future. All staff were fabulous."

"Only stayed one night for a work trip, and a couple more people who worked with me rented rooms there. The front desk employee was friendly and professional, room was specious and clean. Just what we needed for our quick stay. A lot of businesses near by and access to the highway in a convenient location."
