Door on upper floor bathroom wouldn't close - too tight a fit so couldn't be locked - no privacy. Difficulty shutting and locking rear french windows didn't feel very secure. TV remote didn't work. Tried changing the batteries but no success. When we reported were told others had made same comments but it still wasn't...
