"The property was clean , pool area was set up nice with a spa and fire pit. This was the perfect spot for our family of 5 universal studios trip. The staff was great and answered any questions we had and gave great recommendations. I personally like the breakfast quality and choices available."

"We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). "This was a really nice and clean place to stay. Felt very safe and very convenient to shopping and dining and other parts of the city. The staff is efficient but rude. Do not expect niceties. Overall a very good value. I would stay here again. "

"Very nice Hot tub enjoyed it the heated pool was very enjoyable, I just didnt like how we had to wait for about 30 mins to even get a towel out to us. There is valet parking available here but if not you can park on the side street which I wish I knew before I booked it. The breakfast that comes with this hotel is a Joke .... They hand a menu with some good stuff on it but everything cost $25 and up.... The shampoo and conditioner that comes in the room does not smell good so Just Bring your...

"Hotel has very run down rooms. There was much redeemable about this place except for the location which is very convenient to universal studios and Hollywood. I would not stay here again unless they had a complete renovation on the room."

"There was hair in our bathroom when we walked in. Several strands on the floor, in the bathtub and on our towels. Also, the water turned off in the middle of the night and no one informed us of any scheduled off time during check in. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
