"The room was clean and funky in terms of decoration which we liked. We hadn't realised that it was not a bathroom ensuit but shared one with three other rooms, but this was also very clean and luckily we were the only occupied room for the night we spent there. The staff were friendly and as we had to leave early the next morning kindly laid on a breakfast bap for us at 7am. An excellent setting next to the river and ideally suited for a short trip into Bath."

"Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . No air con so it was really hot in the rooms . It was a good location , no complaints there but I think the room fee was too much considering how much they need modernising ."

"Lovely property in the middle of the city centre - and yet very calm and quiet. Room was excellent, with AC and space and nicely, easily decorated, ample power sockets placed in the correct place. . Breakfast is easy - buffet style and menu for hot items.. All very good - will stay again ."

"Good central location but also noisy (people and extraction fans from nearby establishments), Windows effective at keeping noise out but left room stuffy. Cleaning could be stepped up. Shower head limescale / calcium build up. Dusty window shutters and lamps. Bathroom with small sink made it difficult to use without getting water on floor. Too many friction points to make this stay enjoyable. Would not recommend or return to."

"Es gab bei Ankunft Unstimmigkeiten, da im Hotel nicht bekannt war, daß die Buchung bereits bezahlt war. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich dem aber sehr angenommen und konnte dies klären. Die Betten waren sehr gut! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vom Frühstück passte auch."
