"Nothing about this property felt clean or safe or manages well. When checking for bed bugs saw that mattress itself had several very large stains and smells. Blanket was threadbare and not clean curtains dirty and falling off track. Went to buy our own Lysol wipes and didn’t request room service so as not to get things dirty again. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there.
