"The sofa bed was in a really bad shape all the springs were hurting my daughters back. This was the only issue I found."

"A beautiful old property in a quaint location - the staff were excellent, particularly the chap on reception & the waitress who served us at dinner (which was yummy) - nothing was too much trouble for either! Breakfast was great, though they had run out of decaf coffee but fortunately I had some with me for such eventualities, so no problem. Our room was lovely (upgraded due to allocated room being unsuitable for mobility issues), absolutely no complaints! We also took advantage of the giant connect 4 in the beer garden :-) Would definitely recommend & intend to stay again."

"Breakfast great, staff a credit to the hotel. Needs a bit of an upgrade No draught beer/lager in bar was disapointing Room ok but ours had a difficult shower to use as under stairs and one day when room cleaned no replenishment of toilet paper - attention to detail missed there. Location great for Windsor and surrounding area. A bit pricey for the state of hotl and Parking a nightmare!!!"
