"The room hadn't been properly cleaned in some time. There was dirt on the floor in the corners. The lamps were dusty. The handle to activate the shower was sitting on the tub. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the wood at the bottom of the door was delaminating. One of the lamps needed a new bulb. ..."
