"Quick turnaround from being the premier inn and apart from the reception area, everything was the same and the need for freshening everything up is stronger than ever.
Even had premier inn room cards still in use.
For these reasons I felt it too pricey for what you get and would expect more.
Not sure on their pricing too as I believe I paid about £15 more but did get a “free breakfast”"
"Pros: lovely breakfast, nice aspect to the room and comfortable bed. Staff are delightful
Cons: bathroom is a little tired - mildew and taps not fully working - but workable. "
"Staff was attentive and pleasant. Problems were that they ran out of basic breakfast menu items. Additionally, the property is not air conditioned and no fans were available until we requested one. The windows were restricted from being opened beyond two inches. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. On one evening, the hotel was completely out of ice."
"We were unable to sleep in the room due to the fact it was too hot and had no air con, so we had to leave.
If a hotel does not have air con it needs to be made clearer when making the booking, especially y in the summer time."
