"Not a big selection for breakfast but lovely and fresh"

"We ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was mediocre. The prices are excessive for the quality. I didn’t eat much of my risotto. I was asked late in the meal how my food was and I stated was of low taste and quality. No attempt was made to engage with me at that point after I stated that. Again at payment I was asked the same question and the more senior staff gave me $10 off. My sense is given how little I ate they would waive the charge altogether. My wife had the prawns and they were not fresh and were well over cooked. The room was adaquate but quite small with a glassed in bathroom not actual walls. The beds were comfortable. The room was 19 C on arrival (chilly) and the climate control was not responsive to any inputs. I complained about this to the front desk. They said they would look into it while we ate dinner. There was no loop back to me as the guest and it continued to be unserviceable when we returned to the room. Overall for the price of the stay and the meal, they need to pick it up a bit. "

"Overall Novotel is good, however the room that we in, had a very noisy air con. The fan is so loud. You will not realise it during the day, but at night it is so noisy."

"we only stayed one night, after arriving on a 11pm flight and did not want to travel home. firstly we found parking was secure and was plentiful. As we arrived late, guest services were very helpful and quick. The room was decent in size, bed was comfortable, bathroom adequate, water pressure good, although there was a little mould in the shower. we did not use any of the other motels amenities like gym and bar"

"It did its job and pretty decent for the price. HOWEVER, I do not like the layout of the room. The toilet and shower is in one room together with the bed. the view of mg bed is basically the toilet. I do not get how and why. Also, it is very noisy and can hear the cars outside. I think the hotel knows this and already provided free earplugs. I will not book this hotel ever again."
