"Disappointed that we left message that we needed another bath towel and no response or towel. AC unit was draining water on the carpet in front of the unit. had to watch out you didn't step in front of it. advised front desk when we checked out. staff was friendly and breakfast was very good."

"The family was gathering for time at Lake Laura and some family members have stayed there before. Dish washer and coffee makers didn’t work great but the rest of the kitchen was fine. We have 3 cabins for 11 and it worked out nicely. There were cats and deer we saw on property. We hung out towels ..."
