"It wasn’t what I was expecting no hand soap no tissues the bed sheets were dirty. Had to purchase my own bed sheets in order to sleep there. There were a bunch of roaches I couldn’t use the bathroom comfortably. I wanted to cancel the booking but we got back to the hotel at midnight so it was too late for me to want to find something else but I’m very disappointed for what I paid for . I’ve spend $85 for something more cleaner than this place ."

"We got to Cali and totally forgot to book a place for the night. We stumbled upon this spot and couldn't have been happier! The staff was incredible, the room was HUGE and there is a diner next door that I can't stop raving about!!!"

"Love it they didn’t tell us about the free shuttle so we wasted a lot of money on Ubers when we were just trying to get something to eat when we had to wait a long time to be able to check in but other than that great loved"

"Location isn’t great. The staff was wonderful. They are undergoing renovations, so we were allowed to check in two hours early without a charge if we agreed to stay on the floor with construction."

"Room was pretty clean everything worked well, parking was kinda tight. No complaints and ROGER IS THE NICEST most helpful person that could work there. Leaving this review just for him he deserves it. Would stay here again."

"Cleaning"

"I truly hope no one else has the disappointing experience we did. The constant noise from the room next door made it impossible to sleep. We called the front desk multiple times during the night, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving and paying for another hotel just to get some rest. The room and bathroom were surprisingly tiny, making the stay feel cramped and uncomfortable. The towels were also very small and thin. The breakfast was mediocre and not worth looking...

"Manager decided to charge $100 for vehicle parking on 7/4 because it was an “event”. Reason given that some guests may invite visitors. Well, then charge the visitors this $100 (although excessive) but not your guests. I’m a vegan person. I can only eat few items off their breakfast bar. For my misfortune oatmeal ran out. Don’t ask me how. Long Beach is a very “diverse” city. A guy decided to use his speakers in the parking lot to the loudest up until 1:15 AM. I got up and called the front...

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy"

"When we first checked into the room. The room was filled with ants and the hotel staff used the ants spray to kill the ants. We did want to stay in the room and hope by the time we come back all the chemicals spray smells will be gone. We can back around 10 pm and found the floor was flooded from leaking refrigerator. They have some towels to clean up the water on the floor. Then I start to smell the ant spray which did not got air out and still smell very strong in the room. I have...
