"It was ok. Team were very friendly. Room was clean. Food was meh for dinner. But o felt bad saying something because staff were so nice. Room appeared quiet but at night there were weird humming noises almost like there’s a washing machine spinning nearby. My room was at the end of a small but very dark corridor. Light sensor activated was ok on entrance but when I come out the room it doesn’t trigger until I’m half way down. Breakfast was fine. "

"This is my second stay here after an overnight stay last June. I aim to book here whenever I can going forward as it was as good if not better which was a high bar to begin with. Parking is really convenient. It was a great room with lovely air-conditioning which was required for such a warm, April day. I had a great workout in the well-equipped gym. "The hot tub was warm enough, but the pool with the jets on the side. When they are activated the chlorine was very strong and made our eyes sting. "

"Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!"
