"The hotel was very tired and could do with a renovation, mattresses were very old and not the most comfortable. Plenty of parking however people parking in disabled bays without a blue badge. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel, and suited our needs."

The prices were extortionate for where it is, way more expensive than Kent on par with London. The biggest miss sell is the tv. It is advertised on Expedia as a 55” smart tv. "Unfortunately the restaurant was closed something that we were not told when we checked in. The bar food consisted of a 5 item menu only and food was not allowed to be taken to room. The area has no other restaurants within walking distance. The room was excellent but the facilities that were available were very poor."

Luckily she had paid cancellation rights and was able to get her money back, including the American agency fee of about £80, and I booked it through my card directly with your website.
