"Firstly, the front desk male staff rejected to help me with languages, though I was obviously physically challenged person. After 16 hours flight I was way exhausted but the staff was firm. No pet policy was told later though this hotel is registered as pet-friendly hotel in this app and other sites. Needed to leave my pet in pet home and feeling guilty. "

"Hotel is well located near Chinatown with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. About 10mins walk from Kannai Station. This is our 2nd stay in the hotel. This time we're given a smaller room than before. It was tight. Bed was tucked to a corner and getting onto the bed against the wall is tough. Bed is quite hard and the 1 pillow per person is rather soft. Other than that, everything you'd need is provided, including pyjamas, toiletries, tea & kettle and basic skincare products in sample sachets. Towels are changed daily and they're hung in a plastic bag at your door in the morning even when your room is not serviced. Breakfast changed over the 2 mornings we were there. Spread is small but adequate. Onigiri are individually packed which makes it convenient for you to bring back to your room if the small breakfast area is full. Coffee is available at all hours at the breakfast room. You can leave your luggage for free at the self serve area before & after check in & out. Hotel is good for short stay."

"The hotel itself is beautiful. We were just disappointed with the a couple things. The swimming pool was limited, for example; my daughter is 19 years old and she could not use the pool past 7:00 pm!! A big reason we booked was for the pool. Extra fee to use the pool. No tattoos (this was expected). Gym closes at 9:00 pm. Make sure you get the high floor rooms, it’s the only thing that made up for the rest. "
