I’ve stayed at Toyoko Inn properties in several locations, and this one was consistent with the brand — simple, clean, and convenient. Its close proximity to Hiratsuka Station makes it easy to get around. The hotel has laundry facilities, which is very helpful, though the number of machines is limited and I had difficulty finding an available dryer in the morning. As always with this franchise, the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay.

フロントスタッフの対応が悪かった。 セルフチェックインは数年前に一度やったことがあったけれど不慣れ。目の前に客がいるのに、それに対する気遣いなし。そしてチェックインを済ませると少し離れたところにいたスタッフから、仕事をしながら何か言われた。多分、必要なものはエレベーター前のところから持って行けということだと思う。 接遇とか接客、教育されてないのは誰が悪いんだ？
