"It í not a 3 *** hotel but a small hostel. Very small room with shared bath room and Toilet. Very uncomfortable and not worth for money paid. Disappointing! Hotel.com should highlight the truth so that clients donot make mistake for what they chose fpr a family holiday."

"The room was very clean and we even got a surprise upgrade to a triple bedroom which allowed us to have more space. It had everything you needed from a fan to toiletries to housekeeping on request. The lady who looked after us was lovely and even let us check in a little early as we arrived earlier than planned. She greeted us warmly each day and explained everything we would need. Everyone we spoke to was welcoming and it only took a few minutes walk before we were in the heart of the city...
