"Food was horrible we had an issue with a waiter that had cussed at my 10 year old son all because he couldn’t shut off ice cream machine he called him a cabron. We had to tell 3 different people manager waiter and concierge before anyone approached us about situation which was 3 days after later that week we caught same guy drinking behind the bar on the job. "Wow I loved this place as I am a fan of art and it feels like you are staying at an Art Museum by the beach. My only complaint was the only restaurant was closed by 4pm probably because it was a quiet time but there were still a few guests staying and it would have been nice to at least have it open until 5pm. I ordered my meal just before closing and got it delivered to my room. Food was excellent and staff tried very hard to make you feel at home. Got upgraded because I missed a couple of days...
