"Great help from Ionut when we checked in so kudos to him. Literally next door to the train station although really up the hill from the city and the lake. Great breakfast buffet (not included with the room, still worth it). The mattress on one side of the bed tilted downward. One the tables had poke or punch marks on it and the cleaning staff did not change one of the sheets that had stains on it. We also saw trash on a table in a common area that did not get picked the three days we stayed...

"L’hôtel est d’une grande propriété, le personnel est d’une gentillesse. On a voulu manger au restaurant le soir et c’était complet mais le personnel de la terrasse on tout fait et nous ont trouvé une place et on a pu profiter de la vue magnifique sur les vignobles et le lac Leman. Les lits sont très confortables et la vue est magique. Je recommande cet hôtel même si le restaurant est un peu cher mais vaut vraiment le coup pour la qualité de la nourriture et la vue .. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. During our stay in May 2026, the sofa bed in our room collapsed in the middle of the night while my son was sleeping on it under normal use. This created a serious safety concern and significantly disrupted our stay. Photos of the broken sofa bed are attached. The hotel acknowledged the incident and agreed to provide CHF 150 in compensation. "Note Expedia defaults to rooms at back of property which when we stayed were very noisy late at night with people and cars until the early hours. Lakeside rooms were available but significantly more. Just remember to factor that in when making your choice."
