"There were no ready to get customers. All the facilities at outdoor cannot even touch. They said there are renovation right now, but doesn’t feel it’s renovationing, just left unattended. The shower place was real jungle with wrotten shower head. And the beds were full of black dusts. We have checked in but couldn’t find other place to take a shower and sleep. And they said they are going to refund some of our stay fee but they don’t even answer my mails and chats. Please do not get excited...

"Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The property is big, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and very helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had half board, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. Dinner was especially enjoyable, as it was served by the pool with beautiful lights creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
