"This is a privately owned small business that is actively managed and operated by the owners. The room was very clean and the property well maintained. The location is quiet. Going to Saugatuck and Douglas are easy and nearby. Bed linens, towels and carpet were in very good condition. "

"Loved the location (very close to the channel which empties into Lake Michigan). There is mile long sidewalk that leads to the beach and historic pier on the Lake. The facility itself has a long comfortable screened in porch which is great for breakfast. Location is a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. This is a well kept property which we may use again."

"This is a charming little place and we really enjoy staying here whenever we are in this part of Michigan. The receptionist seems like he’d rather be anywhere else but working and is not very friendly. The gift shop is also a mess and full of clutter. Otherwise, we really like it. They provide ice from a cooler and wine openers if you are in need. Parking slots are oddly designed, but convenient. Restaurants and like Phil’s and The Southerner are delicious. For fun, rent a bike and ride around...
