"Our experience was very disappointing. While we were sleeping, the headboard of our bed suddenly fell off, which was both shocking and concerning from a safety standpoint. "We had a clean room. the staff was very nice, we enjoyed the outdoor pool very much! The breakfast in the morning was very nice as well. My only issue was the noise coming from other rooms and the very loud AC unit that we had. I went into another friend's room and saw a more updated one that was quiet. Unfortunately ours was older and was extremely loud. It rattled all night long, and because we had a toddler, that was very difficult to not disturb him, and it kept it awake for many hours. We...

"Could not sleep due to staff literally trashing out a hotel room next to mine. If they knew this was scheduled they should’ve put us in a further room, they were dumping stuff out, banging on the walls with hammer and moving furniture. Completely disrupted any relation we wished to find. The pool is very cold and the breakfast area only has seating for three families. The cleaning ladies do not say hi they just stare you down. The only nice person was the man at the front desk"
