"The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived early and the host was accommodating and got us a room early."

"My stay was only ok. A few basic things were missing like hand soap and cups. The accommodation is basic and minimal. I did request for cups and was told that I would get those in the morning from housekeeping that did not happen. I was also woken very early with noise out the back some item was being repaired by workmen so had a poor sleep."

"At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. I prefer to spend a little more money for a better place."

"This is a great place to stay. There is enough room for 6 people. Good air conditioning too which was appreciated. We were never hot. The property is serviced 3 times per week which is more than adequate. One of our party had a birthday and the staff left him a lovely letter and a snack. We did not have a car so can't comment on parking however the tram to the HB is only 100m away. Finally all the essentials were included with a great dishwasher and a combined washer and dryer. Just be aware...

"Check in/out was super easy, the code worked after check in time and not after check out time! Room was clean though not well ventilated so it was HOT and we often left the door open and the fan running and it was still stuffy (mid summer). Otherwise it was great!"

"Good location. TV not possible to use as there is no battery in the remote control. Bed lights are not possible to connect due to different standards of light power cables and receptacles. Balcony was not clean from garbage tissue paper. Overall experience is good due to good location."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
