This place was buetiful but don’t expect there to be 15 bars as it is connected to 2 other properties but you can only visit the one so it’s more like 5 bars and 3 pools, it was a nice place but Expedia is misleading in there description.

Staff super friendly, beds really comfortable too many kids in jacuzzi, carpets needs upgrading, they do not answer their phones calling room service or front desk daily. Few other concerns yet overall a nice stay. Close to everything had a nice stay.

What an amazing day! Every staff member was friendly and more than accommodating, the bus shuttle service that the hotel offer is also amazing, usually no longer than 15 minute. Wait to get a ride anywhere within a 3 mile radius. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

“Overall I really liked my stay. The place is nice and comfortable, and I had a good experience. However, the shows at night felt a bit short, and I think they could improve the atmosphere to make the evening events more fun and lively. With a little more energy, it would be perfect.”

Wonderful people. Terrific place. Lots of seaweed in water when we came but it cleared out after a few days thankfully! (And the removed a lot of the seaweed with a tractor!)

Everything was great, the only thing to be aware off is that they charge to use the palapa or to get an umbrella which you definitely need. $40 per day
