Check out ocean view rooms, which are typically upper-floor rooms with great views of the water. Partial view rooms often have intriguing peek-a-boo views—but not the grand vistas—of the warm waters that await you.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana had the highest level of service of the three resorts I have stayed at in the area. Very helpful and friendly staff, immaculate facilities, all around fantastic. One suggested improvement is to heat the adult pool.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded.

Great location on the beach with a resort feel given the several options for pools, restaurants and shops. Also, very close (15-30 min walk) to fancy shops and excellent additional options for dinning. Downsides are that rooms in some of the towers need serious updating as they feel, look, smell ...

Great stay overall, lots to do for a family of 4. We stayed in the phase 1 side so it’s a bit of a walk over to the main restaurants. Friendly staff overall, they will leave you alone if you say no to the time share presentation. I kept saying how staff were around cleaning all the time. Great view ...

The room,property, and staff were great! The fire alarm went off in our building at 5:00 am Thanksgiving morning. I must admit that really freaked my wife and me out. It was so load and thank God it was a false alarm.Really disturbed our sleep that morning.
