"Excellent room with a huge space. Modern design. Comfy bed. Seperate toilet cubicle in the bathroom. Lots of storage space. It was just really hot, the aircon was sadly so ineffective. The outside temperature was 30+.
Would stay in cooler weather but not hot again."

"Unfortunately, the room we were given had bedbugs which we discovered at midnight. With no overnight front desk staff on premises, we were stuck in the room and spent a sleepless night trying to mitigate our exposure and to avoid becoming vectors for the insects for our other destinations (Berlin was the first stop on a multi-city vacation).

"Air conditioning was not working, I called front desk they couldn’t do anything since they stated there was no technician available, I was told to eat next day and still same, it was a very hot days and I’m really upset the the amount we paid and had very bad experience. As soon as we walked in to the room the soap was empty couldn’t take shower and we were 3 of us and there was only two towels. Really really bad experience."
