"Upon arrival, check in desk staff was too friendly. Curtly told we arrived before 4 pm check in time. We acknowledged that and went to find lunch. Upon our return at 3 pm, the room was ready. They did not call or text to inform me of that as promised. Room was spacious but old fashioned. Pool was beautiful. Pool attendant was not friendly. He reprimanded me for moving my lounge chair/umbrella to get better shade. Apparently that was forbidden even though the earlier attendant was helping others...

"I am truthfully disappointed with our stay. The resort is nice but the service is mediocre. The worse part of our stay was finding out that the hotel is infested with roaches !!! Yes you read this right ! We were on our third day when I decided to make my self a coffee as I had done the previous two days , when I lifted the door to the water dispenser there it was!!! Crawling all over the place !!! I am disgusted by roaches but to know that I had been drinking coffee out of a roach infested...

"Amazing for kids. We had the absolute best time. The staff was so sweet the bar food was amazing and they had a kids area and an Adult area for the pool. Beautiful views nice clean room and Greta little store on site."

"I booked in December for my trip in June only to receive a room way in the back with no views and that was not only outdated, but the kitchen had HUGE roaches when we arrived and a huge stain on the carpet in the dining area, the fridge looked terrible from the outside (so disgusting!), cracked tiles and the toilets were so slow to flush (not normal!)The phone in the master room did not ring and had so much static you could not hear. "Great location and close to everything. We were able to eat and shop within a 5 min drive. Target 20 min drive. Our cottage was very spacious and fit our family of two adults and one kid. It was great to have space to spread out. We especially loved the lanai. We were in room 5A which looked out on the pool. It was a nice view but it could also be louder in the evening but not ridiculously loud which we appreciated. The only thing I disliked was check in where I was asking about restaurant...

"The property is beautifully maintained and very serene. I loved being close to both the ocean and the pool with the little one being the priority. The staff go above and beyond and the kids camp was wonderful for my granddaughter. Areas that need improvement, the good is not of the caliber it should be. Management spoke to me and I know that they are trying, but it was a disappointment, especially when you’re so far from other dining establishments. Housekeeping also fell down in quality after...
