"If you’re looking for a clean, modern room, this was your place.
Check-in, however, was a mess. It took a long time, and I was given two different rooms, both of which had not been cleaned from the previous stay. With the first room, I walked in and found someone still inside looking for something he had lost. I have no idea how that happened. "Front desk is understaffed. There are 6 managers who would not consider getting up and helping customers. Rooms are not cleaned in time, and whenever I asked for anything, they do not have it or cannot provide it. If you need a place there, just stay at Hyatt next door."

"Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Had to ask for more pillows as they were the flattest pillows I’ve seen. Room was clean ish? I could tell the bed and towels were laundered but the floor was disgusting; turned my socks black. I stayed with my pet and he brought me a toe nail from under the bed. Said they were pet friendly but the area for pets to use the bathroom was over grown with litter and the grass was high. It was impossible for them to walk. The garbage to throw poop bags were overflowing. I...

"Absolutely atrocious. They charged me $100 more than what I booked the unit for, and the “mountain view” was a parking lot. There was NO view. The room wasnt clean and the room next to me was SO LOUD there was no sound proofing at all. And AFTER charging me extra for the mountain view that didnt exist- they didnt refund the money paid for the upgraded room which I never stayed in. I will never stay here again and i go out there often. Other members of the same wedding stayed here too and were...
