"We definitely enjoyed our stay, but shocked with the tightness of the room. We were later informed this is consistent across the other CitizenM properties. Great for solo travelers or a couple. "It’s was a diamond in the rough. The neighborhood looked suspiciously ghetto, however the hotel stay was more than that. Friendly staff greet you, very clean comfortable beds and pillows and to top it off full breakfast menu and pleasant staff till 10 am. The dining area to eat is huge with a tv. Tip the breakfast staff, they really work for you."

While we could overlook the property’s and room’s outdated feel, the holes in the sheets and towels, as well as the stench in the full bathroom were almost unbearable. The staff was unable and seemingly unwilling to rectify the situation and could not offer us a comparable room. I will not be returning to this property."

"The manager went out of his way to have my car ticketed in the loading zone even though I told I would come down and move it and it was the middle of the night. He refuses to give upgrades when suites are available … I’ve been frequenting the hotel for several years now and have state there dozens of times … I’m sure he doesn’t treat his other regular guests so poorly."

"Not the nicest area but great for the price especially if you are going to an event downtown. $15 parking was awesome. Everywhere else they charged way too much. Complimentary Breakfast was perfect. Don’t buy from their little mini store they have, there’s a Walgreens on the corner. Way cheaper. I found out the hard way. $8 for a water"
