"This was possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Regardless of price. There was daily room service which is really not necessary even though we were staying 5 days. And they kept changing all the towels and sheets. This is a bit ecologically disastrous. There was someone in the garage below washing away the oil drips from the cars that had parked there. There wasn't a speck of trash anywhere in the garage. The location was fine. I felt safe. The reason for the lower score was because the primary reason for choosing this hotel was they're having an outdoor pool. Unfortunately, there was no indication that it was an unheated pool. The water was freezing. The entire plan was to have our grandson spend some time in the pool with us each of the days we were there. But after the first day he did not want to go back. The water was so cold. He didn't enjoy it at all. I didn't either. The room itself was fine, being quite large and beautifully kept up. However, for a 5-day stay, it would have been nice to have a dresser of some sort. As it was, we ended up having to live out of our suitcases."

"The main hotel lobby is stunning and very radiant but once you get to the elevators they look outdated and the hallways to your room look even more outdated just a plain red carpet and white walls. The suite room is very spacious but the only down fall the restroom/shower is very big out dated. You can see how everything is wearing down and the restroom needs more amenities. I wish I would have taken pictures to show what I’m talking about. The view is very nice and the bed is comfortable along with the big sofa."
