"Anne was outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. It would’ve been nice to have had access to a communal fridge and easier access to the secure bicycle area. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff who made sure my room was always spotless and tidy."

"Tres bon sejour . Seul point negatif quand nous sommes arrivés le numero de reservation n etait pas bon don j ai du appele l assistance pour avoir notre chambre , problem resolu rapidement . Aussi notre chambre avait une odeur desagreable ,la personne de la reception nous en a donner une autre .2eme probleme resolu . Face a ses problemes tout s est bien passé, le personnel tres a l ecoute et tres agréable. "
