Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ At the heart of Cusco, Hotel del Sur is a gem. The staff was friendly, attentive and makes you feel like family. The rooms were clean and cozy, breakfast fresh and healthy. The location was perfect — close to the San Pedro market and walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. Loved the indoor terrace for relaxing after a day of exploring. Thank you Almicar and Carmen to make my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!"
