"The room was quite comfortable. I stayed in the winter and there was no heating, but the blankets were sufficient to stay warm. Two towels are provided, but there is no soap or toiletries. The room was serviced daily, but I had to ask for toilet paper. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to miss and is a locked sliding door. "Not so good as they didn't even accommodate us. They indicated that they don't use Hotels for bookings. I stated arguing even after showing them proof of payment they just refused to accommodate us. I will appreciate to be refunded as I experienced such experience for the first time in my life. "
