"The room we stayed was so poor quality and too old nd very less maintained. The full carpet was dirty and stains with a very bad smell. The wardrobe in the room doesn’t have a door . The bathroom roof has a very big mark of dirty water leakage from the room or bathroom ups stairs. There is not even a shower curtain n the bathroom , so that we couldn’t bath . The tiles , window and window re covered with mold and not cleaned for ages . The room is not at all in an acceptable stage to stay or give...

"We were staying one night, travelling from the Midlands. We make regular trips to Manchester as hubby is under The Christie, & needed a hotel not too far from here & has car park on site & reasonable room rate. Spread Eagle is fairly easy to find, tho the Sat Nag navigated us to the place across the rd, Lloyds. Car park is of a reasonable size, make sure you register your vehicle on the screen at the bar inside. We were greeted by a friendly lady who fetched Christophe to book us in. Our rate...

Stoke-on-Trent

"Upon arrival to Splash Landings we went to the bar to order drinks. Over 10 minutes later we still had no drinks as the barman could not operate the till or simply pour a slushy. When we had breakfast in the morning it took longer to find a clean plate than it did to get breakfast. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable but we were only staying one night so we made do. I always strip the beds after we stay over at hotels to help the domestic staff and I was utterly disgusted by the bedding...

"STAY WELL CLEAR! DIRTY, UNSAFE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The place smelt damp the minute you walk in the door, there were marks on the sheets, the towels weren’t clean. The water out of the tap was black. Even the bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling. The room looked like it hadn’t seen a Hoover since the 80’s. There was just grime in every corner. The blind didn’t open. When we went to the front desk they didn’t offer an alternative or even to move us rooms. They just said email for...
