"A great location, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be for hotel to add a bench with a small roof cover somewhere for smokers. They have to stand outside in the elements to smoke. I'm a non-smoker but many smokers are older and standing in the heat in uncomfortable for them."

"I was a bit uneasy with that parking lot the first night. Too much activity for a parking lot. After the first night there was less activity and I felt safe. The cleaning staff was prompt with towels and each day our beds were made, the room wiped down and trash removed. Would stay again. Appreciate the coffee being available in the lobby."

"Parking was available in the front back inside the room was perfect and two queen beds for handicap. People breakfast was great. Couldn’t complain about anything."

"This is a lovely hotel and I highly recommend it! There is no elevator so that may be a drawback to some but not for us. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Who doesn’t love Pottery Barn towels! Staff is friendly and the location is unbeatable. If you’re looking for a unique amazing stay in Carolina Beach, be sure to stay at the Oceaneer. "

"Parking area seemed safe we had no issues. The workers there were excellent. Friendly and polite. Like to joke around and always smiling. Your pool was green and gross and ice cold . That was the only issue so we didn’t use the pool because of that. Otherwise it was an excellent stay."
