"Eddy was the absolute best! Got a call upon arrival to let us know we would be staying at the sister hotel because this one is under renovations. Our toilet wasn’t working right when we arrived so he gave us a different room ( upgraded). He was so extremely friendly and it became the highlight of our days to hangout with him in the lobby! Made sure we were happy with our experience at the hotel and even walked us to la placita at night to make sure we made it safely! Would absolutely come back!...

"The place is a hidden gem. It felt very safe when you check in and upon entering it has a wonderful set up. Many rooms are found within the hotel and it was two pools to use. The shared spaces are clean. The room was set up with a bed and fridge and a spacious bathroom. It has a luxurious feel to it! Great to stay especially if you will find yourself exploring more often than staying in a hotel. "

"This was honestly one of the smoothest stays I’ve ever had! I got there a little early, checked in with no issues, and they gave me my keys right away. My room was on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony, and everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. I loved the old Spanish colonial vibe of the buildings—it really added to the charm. If I ever come back to San Juan, I’m 100% staying here again!"
