"Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that. Also...

"The building is run down the hotel had semi permanent residents who looked like they were waiting for interviews with the government for residency in this country also families who must be waiting for social housing cars were being repaired on the carpark area kids running riot it seems more like a block of unloved flats.
