"The hotel was fine, only downside is the location. This hotel is about 10 minutes from everything and there is no way to get around except for Uber or lift. I think the hotel should provide shuttle services to and from Niagara Falls area a couple times a day."

"Room was clean, smelled fresh. Bed very comfortable with soft sheets. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was clean. Our room overall was fine. Breakfast offered multiple selections and the time frame of 3 hours was generous. The building in general needs upkeep, repairs to carpet, floors, walls. We did not use the pool or workout area, so no opinion on that. We had our little dog and the grounds were very nice for walking him outside. Several outdoor tables and chairs for eating, smoking,...

"I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping did not clean my room a single time during my stay. Guests were expected to leave trash and wet towels outside their doors or dispose of them themselves. If you needed fresh towels or toiletries, you had to go to the front desk and request them.
On the positive side, the hotel was clean overall, the breakfast was decent, and the pool was enjoyable. However, the lack of housekeeping service was disappointing and affected the overall experience."

"The staff was the best thing about the place. Super friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel and it shows. Our room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The light over our bed didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. The only vending they have is ice and water. No coffee, soda or snacks. The rates were cheap so we didn't expect much. I don't think I would stay there again but if you are looking for nothing fancy with low rates this place will do."

"Tuve una buena estancia. El lugar es sencillo y sin lujos, pero cumple perfectamente con lo necesario. Destaco la comodidad de las habitaciones, la amplitud del parqueo y la amabilidad del personal. Como área de mejora, el desayuno podría ser más variado; actualmente la oferta es limitada y muy enfocada en opciones dulces. "If you love cockroach smell, old carpets, heritage rooms, roam around looking for parking when you see parking full at hotel, no-protein breakfast, this is the perfect match for you. Best part is if you pay for overnight parking at hotel it is just about 7 minutes walk to the Niagara state park."
