"This is an old property that needs to be refreshed. The floors are creaky and the rooms not sound proof. The room was also stuffy. A disappointment for sure. We should have booked somewhere else. Breakfast was ok except large bus tours both nights gobbled up the food."

"We had a great time at this hotel. We were there 2 nights and it was very easy to get in the car and see all of Isle of Sky from there. The property was under some construction but they did a good job of keeping it mostly away from the rest of the hotel. We were probably going to miss dinner one night but the staff said they’d put in an order for us at 8:15 pm so we could roll in with a reserved seat and eat before they closed. Nice! "The person on the concierge desk was fabulous but the rooms felt like they had been neglected
The biggest issue was parking as there were too few spots and you had to drive off site to get parking, which you had to pay for"

"Friendly and helpful staff, along with a decent dinner menu in the bar were the highlights. Skimpy breakfast with awful coffee. Room was dated. Pancake pillows. Cramped shower. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors’ phone alarms and opening/closing room doors all morning. Unable to sleep after 5am. Dinner in the restaurant was fully booked by a large group when checking in. Would not stay here again."
