"The lift was our main complaint for the stay, it seemed to have a mind of its own and many people we shared the lift with said they'd been on it for longer than they needed to be as it never took them to where they wanted to go initially! "Two lifts, on out if order one not working properly. I checked in with a Brompton Bicycle and the check in guy put me on the 7th floor. The lift worked to go up to my room. In the morning I waited for 15 minutes with another guest for the lift which stopped at the lower floors but not the 7th. I had to carry my loaded Brompton bicycle down the stairs.
